Salesforce Admin/Developer

Perfect Fit:

• Strong Salesforce Admin/Developer hybrid with advanced Flow Builder experience including record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, optimization, and automation best practices.
• Hands-on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience with ability to simplify existing Salesforce environments, reduce technical debt, and build scalable configurations.
• Comfortable with Apex fundamentals including triggers, SOQL, invocable Apex, and knowing when to use Flow vs custom code.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support Sales and Service Cloud initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce Flow development, automation optimization, and platform best practices. This role will help modernize an existing Salesforce environment by cleaning up processes, improving scalability, and delivering business-driven automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows including record-triggered, scheduled, screen, autolaunched, and subflows.
• Review and consolidate existing automation to reduce redundancy and technical debt.
• Build scalable Sales Cloud and Service Cloud automation solutions.
• Support lead management, contact cleanup, activity tracking, opportunity scoring, and sales workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot Flow and Apex-related issues within Salesforce.
• Assist with Apex, SOQL, triggers, and test classes when custom development is required.
• Support sandbox testing, deployments, documentation, permissions, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Advanced Salesforce Flow Builder expertise required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud automation.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce development concepts.
• Ability to determine when to use Flow versus Apex solutions.
• Experience with validation rules, duplicate management, routing logic, and reporting-focused design.
• Basic integration understanding including REST APIs, external IDs, and data sync troubleshooting.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
• Tableau, Clay, or HubSpot experience is a plus.
