Inside Sales Representative

 

Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible

Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Reports To:   Director of Sales

 

Position Overview :

Gymreapers is seeking a skilled Sales representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. This role is responsible for assisting with daily communication, order coordination, and account activity to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute sales initiatives, monitor account performance, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in both retail and wholesale within the athletic apparel and fitness equipment industry, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate and champion the Gymreapers brand is essential. This will be an entry-level position with future advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day communication, coordination, and activity management for key accounts to ensure consistent support, timely follow-up, and strong client relationships.
  • Conduct calls to prospective clients to introduce Gymreapers products/services.
  • Qualify leads to determine their suitability for further engagement and follow up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and effective account management.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets keeping company metrics in mind.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and account information. 
  • Provide regular feedback to the Account Manager regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support overall business objectives.
 

Qualifications:

 
  • Retail Field Sales experience
  • Retail wholesale distribution experience is a plus. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and HUNGRY TO SELL!
  • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional ability to deliver concise, incisive, logical written documents and has the presence to deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences. 
  • Comfortable working in a diverse environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity while adapting easily to rapidly changing business conditions. 
  • The ability to quickly grasp the business and economic issues of a situation and develop the best solution; find creative ways to solve complex issues among demanding parties and achieve “win win” resolutions. 
  • Possesses strong self-confidence and perseverance, with the ability to earn the trust of others. 
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software 
  • Occasional travel and/or attendance at weekend events required
  • Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
