Hiring: Window Cleaner — Monthly — Ardmore, PA

About the Role
North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring one reliable window cleaner for monthly storefront window washing at Suburban Square for a national home goods retailer. Store name is shared once you're confirmed and onboarding is complete. This is steady, recurring work — same store, once a month, same day each time.
Schedule & Pay
- Monthly window clean — Sundays, arrival 10:00 AM — $60 per visit
- First visit: Sunday, August 16, 2026
- Twice a year, the store gets a deep clean where you team up with our store cleaner — first one is Sunday, August 9, 2026 — $70 per person that visit
- Backup role: if our store cleaner can't make a weekly visit, you can cover it — paid at the weekly rate ($50) for that visit
Time on site: about 45 minutes–1 hour for the monthly windows.
Reliability
Services happen on the agreed day. Any schedule change needs 48 hours' notice. No-shows are the one thing that ends this relationship.
Pay runs through our app — check in, before/after photos, check out. Payment lands 24–48 hours after the visit is completed and confirmed. Parking reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in/out, location, total).
The Work
Interior and exterior storefront window cleaning — entry door glass in and out, squeegee and detail all edges and corners, wipe sills and ledges dry. Full checklist provided after onboarding.
Requirements
- 21 or older
- Window washing experience with a scrubber and squeegee — required
- Prior cleaning experience — commercial or residential is fine
- Reliable personal transportation — rideshare or transit doesn't work for this
- Strong communication — checking in, responding, keeping us updated. This is number one.
- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening
Supplies
North Co provides everything — or bring your own for a $5 per-visit bonus. Tell us what you have: all, some, or none.
Windows: window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor (gum/tape/debris), bucket. Extension pole required for tops of glass.
Dress Code
Slip-resistant shoes recommended (we'll help you get a pair if needed). Clean plain blue or black shirt until your branded North Co shirt at 3 months. Jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.
Communication
Our #1 priority. If you can't make a visit, we need to know ahead of time — no exceptions.
