Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business and functional analysis in a PeopleSoft environment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create functional design specifications and related documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scenarios and test results.
• Support requirements lifecycle management from analysis through implementation.
• Evaluate proposed solutions and recommend improvements.
• Perform SQL analysis and data validation activities.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and provide documentation to business and technical teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support PeopleSoft-related initiatives and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment covering at least three of the following BABOK knowledge areas:
  • Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
  • Elicitation and Collaboration
  • Requirements Life Cycle Management
  • Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
  • Solution Evaluation
• Minimum four (4) years of experience reading and creating SQL queries.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience working with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
• Minimum two (2) years of business analysis experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules:
  • IH
  • CRM
  • HCM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing business analysis in a government environment using PeopleSoft, particularly HCM and CRM modules.
• Experience designing functional solutions for complex business challenges involving multiple stakeholders and organizational constraints.
• Experience providing knowledge transfer on PeopleSoft architecture, applications, or new technologies.
• Experience reading and writing Oracle SQL and familiarity with PeopleSoft databases.
• Experience supporting pension benefit administration systems within a government environment.
