Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our Orlando team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with internal communications, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring clear and timely information flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating internal communications between office and field teams
* Support the preparation and distribution of updates, reports, and operational information
* Respond to basic customer and client inquiries via phone or email
* Help maintain accurate records of communications and service updates
* Collaborate with operations staff to ensure alignment across teams
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $18 – $28 per hour
