Are you an experienced technician looking for a role that offers independence and year-round stability? We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team and provide top-tier support to our commercial clients.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will be the face of our company at customer locations, working with minimal direct supervision. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing commercial "hot side" and refrigeration equipment.
- Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
- Customer Excellence: Maintaining a high level of professional service while working independently at various sites.
Who You Are We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: At least three years in commercial kitchen repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
- Certifications: You must hold an EPA Certificate. (CFESA Certification is a plus!) .
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Compliance: A valid driver’s license and an acceptable, insurable driving record are required.

salary: $58,240 - $83,200 per year

Responsibilities
Field Service Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial hot side and refrigeration equipment at our customer locations.

Qualifications:
Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration/HVAC. High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience
Holds an EPA Certificate
CFESA Certification is not required but would be a plus.
Ability to work independently.
