Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interim Nurse Manager for a 40-hour-per-week leadership contract in Dubuque, IA . This role oversees a Level 2 Maternal and Neonatal center, managing approximately 47 FTEs (RNs and Techs). The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong clinical background in Labor & Delivery or NICU and a proven track record in interim management. This unit is known for exceptional teamwork and a "family-feel" environment.
