Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.80 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• • 1st shift Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, $18.00
  • 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:20 PM -10:20 PM, $19.80
  • 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday, 10:10 PM – 6:10 AM, $19.80
  • *Mandatory overtime may be required to meet production needs up to 10 hour shifts during the week and some Saturday's.
• Accurately assemble various components following established procedures and quality standards.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products to identify and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment and tools as needed for assembly tasks.

Assembler Qualifications:

• Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift) and occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. 
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons
• Must be able to work in high-heat conditions exceeding 120 degrees during summer months

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
