Job Summary
We are seeking a Kinaxis Technical Business Consultant to bridge business requirements and technical implementation for Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain planning processes, Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, and system integrations while working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain planning solutions.
Translate business needs into Kinaxis technical designs and configurations.
Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro (workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, business rules, and data models).
Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
Coordinate integrations with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems using APIs and ETL tools.
Perform data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform.
Understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Capacity, S&OP/IBP).
Experience in Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, and business rule development.
Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, ETL tools, and ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle).
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
o Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro certification.
o Experience with SAP IBP/APO, Oracle SCM, or Blue Yonder.
o Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-based supply chain solutions.
Qualifications
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
o 6 12+ years of IT/Supply Chain experience with 3 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience.
Experience delivering end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
