Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across teams
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Trello is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
