Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury and Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll manage both treasury operations and financial reporting activities. You'll be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial reports in line with US GAAP and our internal standards. This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to continuous process improvement. You will thrive in this role if you're a collaborative professional with a strong grasp of financial analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions and forecast cash flow to optimize liquidity.
  • Prepare essential documents related to debt requirements, including intercompany management fees and revolver drawdowns.
  • Support the creation of financial and management reporting packages, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
  • Assist with quarterly lender reporting and crucial covenant calculations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual audited financial statements and note disclosures, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
  • Provide valuable information and analysis for cash flow forecasting, identifying trends between business development and funding needs.
  • Prepare and maintain complex financial reports in adherence to US GAAP and company policies, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support external audit activities by gathering necessary documentation.
  • Stay current with basic accounting principles and US GAAP standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least three years of accounting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A basic understanding of US GAAP.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.

Approximate Compensation is 70K - 90K annually. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
