P&A Industrial Fabrications, a leading and growing company in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team as a Tie-In Operator at our Roxboro, North Carolina facility. Responsibilities

• Prepare weaving machines for warp tie-in operations
• Troubleshoot and correct warp leases as needed
• Operate Staubli and other tie-in heads, frames, and related equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production and quality goals
• Use handheld scanners for inventory and production tracking
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Textile manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Paid on-the-job training available for the right candidate
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn equipment operation and manufacturing processes
• Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
