Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-driven, reliable Sports Data Operator to join our international data collection and operations division on a flexible civil contract. In this critical, remote-first seat based in Bulgaria, you will hold direct operational accountability for harvesting, tagging, and monitoring real-time statistical data on teams, starting lineups, and individual player performance profiles. Operating within our specialized in-house software environment, you will execute fast-paced quality assurance (QA) checks during live matches and pass critical tracking metadata up to game supervisors. This track is built for an analytical sports enthusiast who can maintain flawless reporting precision and a calm demeanor under fast-moving, high-pressure match scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Quality Assurance: Monitor live football and basketball games as they happen, executing continuous quality assurance loops to safeguard incoming database accuracy.
• Data Ingestion & Tagging: Code, mark, and prepare foundational tracking metadata fields within specialized internal software solutions to help analytical teams evaluate system performance.
• Lineup & Player Validation: Identify, confirm, and cross-reference active teams, official rosters, and player movements with absolute precision.
• Supervisor Escalation Sync: Coordinate instantly with Game Supervisors whenever technical support, edge-case validation, or structural data clarification is required.
• Post-Game Retrospectives: Participate actively in continuous improvement loops and post-match team evaluations to share behavioral insights and eliminate systemic logging tracking gaps.
• Technical Asset Stewardship: Independently maintain a highly stable hardware and connectivity environment to guarantee uninterrupted real-time reporting availability during critical shift windows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge and a genuine personal enthusiasm for competitive sports, specifically focusing on **Football and Basketball**.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with the capacity to learn custom technical software dashboards and data entry layouts quickly.
• Outstanding analytical diagnostic skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a tracking record of maintaining accuracy inside highly repetitive data logging pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication mechanics in **English**, sufficient to collaborate reliably across international support channels.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational framework open exclusively to qualified operators permanently living within Bulgaria under a legally structured civil contract.
• Connectivity Threshold: A verified, highly reliable home internet connection maintaining a strict minimum of **75 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload** speeds.
• Shift Availability: Complete personal readiness to log a minimum of 15 hours per week, conforming to flexible **mid-day to night parameters (11:00 AM – 10:00 PM)** containing regular weekend and holiday coverage.
