Protek Pest and Lawn is a locally focused pest control and lawn service company dedicated to protecting homes and enhancing outdoor spaces. We pride ourselves on reliable service, safe treatments, and building long-term relationships with our customers throughout the Palm Bay area.
Protek Pest and Lawn is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and helping customers maintain healthy, pest-free homes and lawns. No prior pest control or lawn service experience is required — we provide paid training and licensing support.
Perform pest control and lawn care treatments at residential properties
Inspect properties for pest activity and lawn health issues
Apply products safely and in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
Educate customers on pest prevention and lawn care best practices
Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
Operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
Provide professional and friendly customer service at each visit
Entry-level position — no prior industry experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
Comfortable with physical work, outdoor conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
$19–21/hour based on experience
Paid training and assistance with required certifications/licensing
