Salary Range: $16 - $20 / Hour At Westfield Powersports , we believe great technicians are built through hands-on experience, mentorship, and a genuine connection to the Powersports lifestyle. We’re currently looking for a full-time Service Technician Apprentice who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being around motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and personal watercraft. Whether your experience comes from previous work, racing, rebuilding bikes in your garage, or simply being the person everyone calls when something needs fixing — we want to meet you. As a Service Technician Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced senior technicians while learning the fundamentals of diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and professional shop operations. Our goal is to help develop the next generation of Powersports technicians by providing real-world experience, manufacturer-specific training, and certification opportunities — without the burden of expensive trade school tuition. What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in Powersports and the riding lifestyle
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
• Prior mechanical, automotive, or Powersports experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
