Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant to provide Level 1 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM applications.
The candidate will troubleshoot user issues, manage support tickets, assist with Salesforce Sales Cycle and CPQ processes, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high service quality and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 techno-functional support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, contracting, and related business applications while meeting SLA commitments.
Investigate, troubleshoot, document, and escalate support tickets to L2/L3 teams with clear analysis and resolution details.
Maintain support documentation, update knowledge base/runbooks, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve support processes and user experience.
