Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Salesforce administration and technical platform configuration.

• Proficiency in APEX programming for designing, modifying, and debugging custom business logic and automation.

• Experience with SOQL for authoring complex cross-object queries and optimizing relational data performance.

• Experience in designing Salesforce forms, custom objects, and sophisticated validation rules for data integrity.

• Experience with Salesforce security architecture including user profiles, permission sets, and service accounts.

• Experience in production application support, root-cause analysis, and defect remediation in a hybrid environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect and develop custom APEX triggers and classes to support complex workforce operational requirements.

• Execute advanced SOQL data queries to analyze cross-table relationships while adhering to platform governor limits.

• Design and maintain interactive Salesforce forms, custom fields, and automated validation logic.

• Administer the security infrastructure by managing user access, profiles, and granular field-level permissions.

• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical production issues and application configuration defects.

• Facilitate requirements-discovery sessions to map business processes to scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Orchestrate technical deployments and platform maintenance activities following enterprise change-management standards.
