About the Role:

The Remote Vacation Planner supports clients by organizing well-structured vacation experiences through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and careful attention to detail. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they explore destination options, accommodations, and activities while ensuring that all travel arrangements are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and reliability while guiding clients through the planning process from the initial discussion through finalized reservations.

As a Remote Vacation Planner, you will help clients review destination possibilities, organize travel details, and coordinate arrangements that align with their preferences, schedules, and travel goals. This may include assisting with accommodations, transportation logistics, activity options, and other elements that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience. You will also ensure that confirmations and documentation are properly organized so clients have clear information about their upcoming plans.

Clear communication is essential in this role. You will help clients stay informed throughout the planning process by providing updates, organizing itinerary details, and maintaining accurate reservation records. Attention to detail and reliable follow-through help ensure that each travel plan is properly coordinated and prepared.

This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining structured workflows and organized documentation. Training is available for all new hires so you can become familiar with planning systems, coordination procedures, and best practices for supporting clients with vacation planning.
