Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel experiences. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, managing details, and helping clients turn their travel ideas into well-organized plans.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and general goals for their trip. You will assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages while helping coordinate reservations and confirming travel details. You will also review itineraries for accuracy, provide updates throughout the planning process, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring clients receive a smooth and enjoyable travel planning experience.

Key Responsibilities
