What You'll Do

Client Support & Travel Planning

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, hotel stays, tours, and event-related travel

  • Learn about travelers' preferences, budgets, and goals to help create personalized travel experiences

  • Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and booking options

  • Support clients throughout the planning and booking process

Travel Research & Booking

  • Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, cruises, attractions, and events

  • Help coordinate travel arrangements for leisure vacations, sporting events, concerts, and special occasions

  • Stay informed about popular destinations, travel trends, and industry promotions

  • Utilize travel supplier tools and resources to identify travel opportunities

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service

  • Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication

  • Follow up with travelers before and after their trips

  • Help create memorable travel experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Strong interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, sports, or entertainment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • No prior travel industry experience required
