Position Overview
You’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer support or a fast-paced admin role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Tech-savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
Authorized to work in Canada or the U.S
Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain a license.
