Pediatric Center Administrator (RN) Lead a team. Build a Culture. This is more than management – it’s mission. The Kidz Club is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility - a specialized, medically supervised day program for children with complex medical needs. We exist so these kids can receive expert care in a nurturing, vibrant environment while their families maintain their quality of life.
About the role We’re creating a brand-new Site Administrator position for an RN-credentialed leader who knows how to run a dynamic care environment. You’ll own the day-to-day operational leadership of our site - from staffing and compliance to culture and family experience - while our Site Director of Nursing leads clinical quality, patient care, and nursing oversight.

Monday – Friday. No nights. No major holidays.
What we’re looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
- Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow
- Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
- Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners
- Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems.
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support)
- A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required

Director of Nursing • Oversees nursing care, clinical quality, compliance, and staff development.
Center Administrator • Oversees operations, staffing, family experience, transportation, and center performance.
Together, these leaders partner to ensure exceptional care, outstanding experiences for families, and a positive environment for staff.
Our center leaders are supported by dedicated operational and clinical leadership teams, allowing Site Administrators to focus on leading their centers rather than navigating challenges alone.
