We are a Washington State–based property management company seeking a **part-time Paralegal** with experience in **landlord-tenant matters** to assist with **lease enforcement and compliance communications**.
This role is focused on **clear, lawful, and professional enforcement** of lease terms—not tenant relations or customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing written communications related to lease violations, past-due rent, unpaid utilities, and other amounts due under residential leases.
All communications must comply with **Washington State law**, and accuracy matters.
