Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parking/Garage Manager to oversee daily operations of our parking facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service, maintaining safety standards, managing staff, and delivering a seamless parking experience for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of parking garages and surface lots
  • Supervise, train, and schedule parking attendants and support staff
  • Monitor facility usage, traffic flow, and revenue collection
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local laws
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of facilities
  • Prepare operational reports, revenue summaries, and performance metrics
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Manage parking systems, access controls, and payment technologies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in parking operations, facility management, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with parking management software and payment systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
