Job Description

Danger Zone Marketing is looking for a sales maverick who can spot untapped opportunities from the clouds and close with the precision of an ace pilot.

Why this is the best sales internship in Knoxville:

  • Paid (yes, actually paid)
  • Flexible schedule that respects your life
  • Hands-on work that goes straight into your resume
  • A leader who escaped the corporate world to build this agency so rebels can thrive

We’re not your average Knoxville agency. We don’t do boring scripts or gamble on generic tactics. We’re the Ace underdog that builds wings for businesses so they can dominate the danger zone. And right now we need one more rebel on the flight crew.

This is a paid internship. Hours are flexible around your schedule. You’ll work out of Knoxville (in-person when it counts, remote when it doesn’t). Start as soon as you’re cleared for takeoff.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Hunt for prime leads from new business listings and hiring signals like an eagle on the prowl
  • Craft sharp, custom outreach emails that actually get read and replied to
  • Dive into strategy sessions using proven frameworks to help clients ace their business
  • Learn the art of partnership-based selling that builds long-term wins

No sales experience required. Zero. We’re not chasing a seasoned closer. We want raw drive, quick thinking, and the fire to build something legendary.

You’ve got to vibe with the maverick spirit. We live by creativity over compliance. We question the safe route, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh ideas that actually move needles instead of checking boxes. If rules feel like handcuffs and you’d rather break them with style and a bit of magic, we’ll get along perfectly.

If you’re the type who bets big on fresh ideas, reads the table differently, and refuses to fold on anything ordinary, this is your mission.

Send your resume plus a short note to ***email_hidden*** that shows you read this and aren’t on autopilot.

Ready to fly? Let’s see if you’ve got what it takes to ace the danger zone.
