ABOUT THE ROLE
The Field Service Technician 1 is responsible for performing on-site repairs, inspections, and maintenance of building products while ensuring safety, quality, and excellent customer service. This role provides hands-on experience in field operations, process adherence, and customer interaction, with opportunities to develop technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to delivering reliable service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $22/hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
(Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
