Position Details:

Job Title: RV Parts Manager

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (details available upon request)
Schedule: Every other Saturday required
Travel: Participation in an out-of-state parts show (company-paid)

Position Summary:

The Parts Manager oversees parts inventory management, parts orders, and supports service and sales departments to ensure equipment availability and high customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining organized operations and effective communication within the team and with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day operations within the parts department
• Sell merchandise and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
• Manage inventory and handle incoming calls
• Expedite parts orders as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Process vendor invoices promptly
• Keep an organized and well-stocked parts showroom
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Experience, Education, Skills:

• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in RV Parts Management
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift items up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

Essential Job Functions:

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds
• Repetitive hand use for up to 6 hours daily
• Walking or standing up to 3 hours daily
• Sitting for up to 6 hours daily
• Performing computer/keyboard work for up to 9 hours daily
• Squatting or kneeling up to 0.5 hours daily
