**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support for event planning and execution
* Coordinate with vendors, partners, and participants
* Act as a liaison during calls and communications
* Manage schedules, logistics, and event timelines
* Ensure all event details are executed with accuracy and follow-through
* Support live event operations and troubleshoot when needed

* Strong experience in **event management or coordination**
* Excellent **organization and time management skills**
* Proactive mindset with strong **problem-solving abilities**
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident in **written and verbal communication** (you’ll be on calls regularly)
* Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, event platforms, etc.)
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Professional, reliable, and discreet
* A team player who can also work independently
* Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
* Someone who takes ownership and ensures tasks are completed end-to-end
