We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support a multi-day event taking place May 3–6, 2026 . This role requires both advance planning support and on-site leadership during the event.
This position is in-office in El Segundo prior to the event and fully on-site at in Huntington Beach during event days.
