» We are seeking motivated and hardworking construction workers to join our team for residential and light commercial projects in the Ashland/Medford area. Whether you're just starting in the construction field or have experience, especially in finish construction, we want to hear from you!
» This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a fast-paced and hands-on work environment.
Daily Workflow:
» Assist in all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including framing, drywall, flooring, and painting
» Perform finish carpentry tasks including installation of trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork
» Use precise measurements, cuts, and installations to ensure an accurate finish
» Follow building plans and blueprints to meet project specifications
» Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
» Follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
We’re Seeking:
» Prior construction experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. We are open to training for individuals who have a strong desire to learn the trade and grow within the industry
» Strong transferable work history as an entry-level candidate is preferred.
» Proficiency using hand and power tools, tape measurer, screw gun, saws
» Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Ashland/Medford area
» Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday
» Hours will vary based on specific projects and work availability
