We are currently hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Communications Assistant role to support brand messaging, customer engagement, and live promotional campaigns.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in communications, marketing, PR, and public engagement . No prior experience is required— paid training and mentorship are provided .

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Communications Assistant, you will help support internal and external communication efforts across events, campaigns, and community programs. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent messaging and positive public interaction on behalf of client brands.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in communications strategy, public engagement, and event-based marketing .

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication efforts at live events and promotional campaigns
• Represent client messaging in a professional and engaging manner
• Interact with the public to share information about programs and initiatives
• Assist in delivering presentations, outreach materials, and campaign messaging
• Help coordinate communication between teams during events and activations
• Gather feedback and assist with tracking audience engagement
• Maintain a professional, positive brand image in all interactions
• Support general event and administrative communication tasks as needed

Training & Development

All selected candidates receive paid, structured training , including:
