We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a hospital-based healthcare technology management program in Las Vegas, NV.
This is not an IT position . The selected candidate will oversee the department responsible for medical equipment management, clinical engineering, and biomedical services to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Develop, track, and execute departmental KPIs.
Create customized service delivery plans to support facility needs.
Develop, mentor, and motivate the HTM team.
Strengthen facility and vendor relationships.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and equipment reliability.
Minimum of Technical School Certification or Associates Degree
Bachelors Degree preferred
Healthcare facility experience preferred
Experience leading healthcare technology management programs
Experience with CMMS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Relevant biomedical or clinical engineering certifications preferred
