Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer - Apex/VF III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a strong focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on programming expertise, the ability to produce detailed test plans, and a commitment to delivering customer-centric quality applications. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards of trust and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, administer, manage, configure, and maintain enterprise applications with Salesforce.
• Understand all aspects of enterprise application configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and system implications related to ongoing releases.
• Develop Salesforce-based applications, debug code, implement monitoring systems, and deploy to production.
• Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.
• Proactively monitor services to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications impacting business processes.
• Implement new functionality via Agile-based processes in partnership with various teams.
• Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and efficient task execution.
• Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in developing on the Salesforce.com platform and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft Integration and Data Cloud.
• Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), Salesforce APIs, SOQL, LWC, Force.com platform, and Communities.
• Experience working with Agentforce applications and Slack integration.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including estimating, designing, building, unit testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience using Source Control Management systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).

Preferred Requirements:

• Certified Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certifications.
• Additional certifications in Force.com and Integration are a plus.
• Experience participating in product and feature design with technical staff, business systems analysts, and product managers.

Pay Range: $65-70/hr. on a W2 Basis.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
