Lead day-to-day construction site operations in Payson, UT and surrounding project locations
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and construction schedules
Monitor job progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation
Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
Identify and resolve issues quickly to prevent delays and control project costs

At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction with a general contractor
Experience managing multi-story commercial ground-up construction projects (preferably 4 stories or higher) is required
Hotel project experience preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or FieldWire
Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project is a plus
Solid understanding of construction safety standards and job site compliance
OSHA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Degree in Construction Management preferred, but not required
