A coach's responsibility is to help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem. A coach is to provide leadership for a successful team all while representing the students, staff and parents in a professional and ethical manner at all times. In addition, a coach will promote academic as well as athletic success of all student athletes in their care.
