Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $64.19 - $67.19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment to enterprise change management and control standards
• Provide status reporting and executive-level communications (SteerCo, OC, leadership forums)
• Drive timely completion of control deliverables and remediation activities
• Maintain risk visibility and proactive escalation of delivery issues
• Improve delivery predictability, transparency, and speed through agile methodologies
• Act as an Agile coach and change agent across the portfolio
