Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Proven Ability to execute task quickly

  • Experience in FinTech Industry

  • Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

  • Sharp Analytical Skills

  • Previous experience leading/supporting diverse initiatives

  • Demonstrable success mapping, challenging and improving existing processes

  • Leading change management projects within operational environment

  • Able to build relationships to get positive results and influence without authority

  • Ability to get results under timelines and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently

  • Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment, thrive on variety

  • Demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem solving

  • Creativity in solving problems and passion to identify and present effective solutions

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to manage time effectively to ensure timelines are met and work volumes are managed

  • Demonstrated understanding of multiple business functions preferred
