Assistant General Manager - Urgent Opportunity!

Essential Functions:

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of hourly managers and non-management associates
• Assign work responsibilities, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered
• Prepare daily orders and stock units with appropriate product levels
• Coach hourly managers and conduct on-the-job training for associates
• Resolve routine issues and refer complex problems to higher levels
• Provide recommendations for hiring, firing, and advancement of associates

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• 1 year of job-related experience in Food & Beverage or Merchandise operations
• Demonstrated team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and operations
• Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with individuals
