• Utilize various hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet established guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of assembly processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Must be able to come in and take a tape measure test

• Tape Measure Reading
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
