Job Description

TrustPoint Services is a growing consultancy helping independent insurance agencies build stronger, more profitable businesses. We’re looking for a highly organized, flexible, and energetic Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO, coordinating logistics, producing polished materials, and helping bring big ideas to life.

Operations & Administrative Duties

  • Manage email inbox and follow up on behalf of the CEO
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
  • Arrange travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Ensure Director receives the weekly billing summary
  • Personal appointment coordination, Events & Team Culture
  • Plan two in-person team get-togethers per year
  • Coordinate monthly team (remote) activities and recognition gifts
  • Source swag for Staff, Masterminds, and gifts for CFO clients
  • Help plan and execute a CFO client event Content & Marketing
  • Build timed outlines and summaries for presentations
  • Maintain libraries of presentations and articles
  • Support development of online classes
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for Mastermind Programs
  • Send, collect, and summarize pre/post surveys
  • Build and format Mastermind booklets
  • Coordinate speakers and manage follow-up

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Executive or consultant support experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
