The Opportunity

This is a front-line leadership role where you will:

• Own high-value client relationships
  Become a trusted advisor to political and nonprofit leaders who rely on you to help drive their mission forward.
• Lead strategy that moves the needle
  Architect and execute fundraising programs that directly impact election outcomes and organizational growth.
• Operate alongside top-tier talent
  Collaborate with sharp, driven professionals across copy, creative, data, and production—all aligned around winning.

  This is not a support role. You will be expected to think, lead, and deliver at a high level—every day.

Qualifications

• Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics
• Proven ability to build high-trust relationships
• Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• High level of personal accountability and ownership
• Bachelor’s degree required

Logistics

• Full-time, in-office role
• Location: Ashburn, VA
• Remote work is not available

This position offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 , commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunities.
